The main grievance of the petitioner was in respect of certain Sections being not incorporated in the First Information Report.

Mr.

Sengupta, learned Senior Government Advocate, points out that the case was registered in the year 2023 and

the same was done after assessment of all the facts of the case.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that in case, any report under Section Cr.P.C.

is not submitted before the jurisdictional court, the police authorities would within a reasonable period of time take steps. If, in the alternative, the report has already been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court, the prosecution will take steps in accordance with law.

However, the petitioner be granted liberty to ventilate her grievance(s), if it so warrants, before the learned Court in seisin of the issues.

Mr.

Mondal, learned Senior Advocate, appears on behalf of the respondent no.4 and submits that the writ petition is not maintainable on facts as also on law.

Be that as it may, as directed above, WPA 26682 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
