Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharyya, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor places a compliance report before this Court dated February 20, 2024 signed by the alleged contemnor showing the complete compliance of the direction of this Court, the same is taken on record.

Falguni Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the factual position of compliance as submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding and, accordingly, the contempt

proceeding CPAN 1589 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

Consequently, CPAN of stands disposed of.
