On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner relating to its claim of interest on refund in question, petitioner has made a representation on 23rd August, 2022 being Annexure P-4 at page 28 of the writ petition before the respondent Commissioner, Commercial Tax concerned. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 27746 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the aforesaid respondent authorities concerned to consider and disposed of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 23rd August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving

an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
