1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We have also considered the reply to the RTI.

2. The writ petitioner was dissatisfied with the result as according to the writ petitioner he performed extremely well in the written test but was awarded marks in the personality test which could not commensurate with the performance with his written test.

3. A personality test was conducted by an expert body and has correctly observed by the learned Single Judge that unless any malice or arbitrary is evident it does not call for any interference.

4. Under such circumstances, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
