However, if the petitioner prefers an application for dispensation of her appearance in the day to day proceedings and she is represented through a counsel at the time when the case being AC Case No. 2106 of 2023 is called by the ld. JM, 6th Court, Alipore, the ld. Magistrate on usual undertaking would allow such prayer in accordance with law.

No further interference is called for in the revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4556 of 2023 is disposed of.
