On perusal of the contempt application, it appears that the concerned authority of JoynagarMojilpur Municipality has passed an order on 16th September, 2023. In the contempt proceedings validity of that order cannot be gone into since the order has been passed in terms of the order dated 7th August, 2023. Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question the legality and validity of the order dated 16th September, 2023 in accordance with law. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
