Midnapore Municipality is represented by learned advocate.

It appears that on several occasions matter was taken up for consideration when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioners which were allowed. On 10th May, 2023 the learned advocate representing the petitioners prayed for time to take steps in view of death of petitioner no. 2 and respondent no. 11.

Acceding to such request, hearing of the writ petition stood adjourned till 14th June, 2023.

Subsequently, on 14th June, 2023 when the matter was taken up, accommodation was prayed for and the same was allowed and the matter has been fixed for hearing today, 21st June, 2023.

In view of aforesaid facts it appears that petitioners are not interested to press this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
