The petitioners are the guardians of the students of Ekdala Higher Secondary School, District : Birbhum, they are objecting nomination of the respondent no.12 as a Member of the Managing Committee of the said school being person interested in education.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.12 submits that his client has already tendered his resignation from the said post.

In view of such development, the objection of the petitioners to the appointment of the said respondent no.12 has become infructuous, WPA 26693 of 2023 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
