Learned counsel for the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation relies upon a communication made by the Controller of Finance, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation signed on September 16, 2025 mentioning that the claim amount of the petitioner for his assigned work order will be made by way of six equal monthly instalments starting from October 2025.

The Corporation is directed to liquidate all claims of the petitioner as per the submission made by the Controller of Finance recorded in the order hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
