Seeking cancellation of the date of election scheduled to be held on 16th November, 2008 for reconstitution of the Managing Committee of Nawpukuria Anchal High Madrasah and also a further direction to held election in accordance with law, this writ petition was preferred.

I am of the considered view that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
