Petitioners before us are immediate relatives of the principal accused.

Materials in the Case Diary implicate all the petitioners in the offences alleged. The police case is dated April 2, 2022. There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioners also. Considering the gravity of the offences and involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. C.R.M.(A) 5283 of 2023 is disposed of.
