2. In spite of the matter having appeared in the list for at least two weeks and having been called on for hearing on at least 6 earlier occasions, none appears for the petitioner nor has any accommodation been prayed for.

3. In view thereof WPA 27355 of 2015 is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
