This revisional application has been preferred in respect of a proceeding under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein direction was passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer & Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Medinipur Sadar for removal of cowshed. Against the said order dated 07.04.2010, the present petitioners preferred a revisional application which was dismissed by an impugned order dated 23.11.2010 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Revision No. 98 of 2010. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed since the passing of the order, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3462 of 2010 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
