Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is a formal defect in the writ petition, leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the same and to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action after curing the defect. Accordingly, this writ petition, WPA 28129 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

to file afresh on the self-same cause of action after curing the defect.
