1. Mr. Arka Maiti, learned Counsel submits that the petitioner had taken change from Ms. Ambiya Khatun, Advocate and she is no more representing the appellant.

2. A report filed by the department shows that Administrative Notice has been served upon the sole appellant on 27th November, 2024. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant to move the application for condonation of delay.

3. The department reported that there is delay of 78 days delay in preferring the appeal. Moreover, deficit court fees have also not been deposited.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the application for the condonation of delay is dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the application for condonation of delay, the appeal stands dismissed as time barred and also for not curing the other defects.
