The application as well as the documents annexed indicates incriminating materials against the present petitioner. Cognizance was taken on the basis of materials documents available therein. The allegation, prima facie, does not appear to be baseless or fantastic.

Therefore, the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not warranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
