Earlier this revisional application was called on 11.12.2023 when none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioner.

Records reflect that the subject-matter of challenge related to issuance of proclamation against the petitioner in connection with NDPS case by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Malda. Having regard to the attitude shown by the petitioner for not being represented on repeated dates, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4560 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
