In view of the steps taken by the bank, the instant writ petition appears to have become infructuous. A fresh cause of action has arisen as the bank rejected the prayer made by the petitioner under section 13(3A) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
