1. Typographical error in the judgment and order dated August 7, 2024 is pointed out at the behest of the respondents.

2. In paragraph 5 of such judgment and order, the award is stated to be 'August 29, 2022. It should be 'August 29, 2012'.

3. Department will incorporate such necessary correction in the judgment and order dated August 7, 2024.

4. All other portions of the judgment and order dated August 7, 2024 shall remain the same.
