The instant application is filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the Order dated 24.09.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly in C.R. Case No. 193 of 2012. On perusal of the application as well as the impugned order, it appears that it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
