Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the instant revisional application is not maintainable, since two separate proceedings have been challenged by filing in one revisional application. This is not permissible in the law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits two FIRs have been lodged on the self-same incident as such, petitioners are facing jeopardizes with two complaints. However, he prays for withdrawal of the instant revisional application seeking liberty to file two separate revisional applications against two proceedings. 3.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, CRR 4563 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected application, if any, is thus, disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.

The petitioners are at liberty to file separate revisional applications against the two separate proceedings. 9.

The original certified copy of the proceeding filed in this case be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after keeping the Xerox copy of the same.

10. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.

11. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties taking all legal formalities.
