We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner No.1 is the former husband of the victim lady. He along with his associates trespassed into house of the divorced lady and shot her. 3.

In view of gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 4.
