1. The applicant/petitioner shall serve a copy of the contempt application upon Ms. Amrita Panja Moullick, learned advocate who had represented the State on 12th December, 2023 when the order was passed, with an intimation that this matter shall be listed on 23rd February, 2024.

2. In view of the submission made that the Officerin-Charge of English Bazar Police Station, Malda did not ensure the presence of the daughter of the petitioner, we direct the State to respond to such allegation and file an affidavit to that effect on the adjourned date.
