Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by an order dated 29.04.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 26711 of 2023, the investigation of the case was directed to be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law and the police authorities were directed to keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace took place. In spite of passing such directions, investigation has not been done, far less concluded. There is a deliberate violation of this Court's order.

Let a notice of contempt be issued to the alleged contemnors and the same be made returnable after four weeks.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
