The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the MAT Suit No.1061 of 2024, which is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court at Howrah.

This application does not merit any order at this stage because the matrimonial suit is at the stage of reconciliation. The prayer for expeditious disposal can be considered at a later stage.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
