Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Though it is contended most of the witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. Impact of their evidence cannot be seen in a piecemeal manner. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
