Mr. Bitashok Banerjee Ms. Poulami Bose .....for the State Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner initially sought transfer of Case No. 645-M of 2024 from the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda to any other Court in the neighbouring district solely on the ground that since the private opposite party is a practising advocate of Malda Court, the petitioner was not being represented before the learned trial Court by any advocate of Malda Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submits that the petitioner is being represented by a learned advocate of Malda Court at present.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since the petitioner is being represented before the learned trial Court, there is no reason to transfer the case from Malda Court to any other Court.

The revisional application being CRR No. 4962 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
