The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the respondents/authorities have not taken any steps to facilitate the enrolment of the petitioner's son viz. Rudradeep Das with the aadhaar services provided by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ application, the petitioner has received the Aadhaar Card of the son of the petitioner. Copy of the Aadhaar Card has been handed over to this Court and submits that as the son of the petitioner received the Aadhaar Card and accordingly nothing remains in the present writ application.

3. The copy of the Aadhaar Card is taken on record.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
