Today, the writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Court after detecting a typographical mistake, which is apparent on the face of the judgement/order dated August 11, 2025. In Paragraph-2 of the said order the date mentioned as "March 4, 2025" should be read and corrected as "April 3, 2025".

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.

The above correction shall be incorporated in the judgement/order dated August 11, 2025.
