Perused the solemn order dated 27.08.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Court and the office report dated 09.05.2024/10.05.2024.

In the said solemn order dated 27.08.2014, the appellant was directed to put in the requisites including postal cost with correct postal address and written up notice form for effecting service of notice of this appeal on the sole respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due by four weeks from the said solemn order dated 27.08.2014. The Hon'ble Court was further pleased to direct that in default, the appeal shall stand dismissed.

However, it appears from the said office report dated 09.05.2024/10.05.2024 that no such cost has yet been put in.

Hence, in terms of the said solemn order dated 27.08.2014, the appeal stands dismissed.
