This is an application praying for direction upon the District Land & Land Reforms Officer and ADM (LR), North 24 Parganas, being the respondent no.3 herein, to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1078 of 2025 expeditiously. Considering the nature of relief as sought for in this writ petition, WPA 27779 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the District Land & Land Reforms Officer and ADM (LR), North 24 Parganas, being the third respondent, to fix a date of hearing of the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1078 of 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
