Petitioner is in custody for 180 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim was kidnapped for ransom. After receipt of ransom money, petitioner came to the spot to return the victim. At that time he was apprehended.

In view of the aforesaid involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
