It appears from the order dated 27th June, 2024, the instant writ petition has already been dismissed for default by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

It appears from the report of the Assistant Registrar (Mandamus II) dated 29th August, 2024 that due to typographical error the "WPA 23774 of 2011" has been wrongly typed in place and stead of "WPA 23774 of 2012".

Office is directed to effect necessary correction. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
