Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 16th November, 2022, under the WBGST Act, dismissing the appeal of the petitioner, on the ground of delay of 131 days in addition to the time already granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court covering the period of COVID-19. On perusal of the aforesaid impugned order, I find that the same is having cogent reason and does not warrant any interference by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 27800 of 2022 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
