Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was present in the group who assaulted the victim resulting in their death. Personal articles belonging to the petitioner i.e. mobile phone, by-cycle were also recovered from the place of occurrence.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
