The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Alunda High School, Suri, District - Birbhum and has completed 18 years of his continuous service as such is claiming the benefits for his such period of service and to get it, is willing to refund the incremental benefits he has received so far during the said period. A representation of the petitioner dated March 20, 2023 to the said effect is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Birbhum, the respondent no. 3 herein, the said representation forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-3'. The respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. W.P.A. 26724 of 2023 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
