The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in course of pending of the writ petition appropriate steps have been taken by the police authorities and at present the petitioner has no grievance.

The learned advocate for the private respondents submits that since no affidavits have been used, the allegations and accusations made in the writ petition be deemed not to have been admitted.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that police authorities have taken appropriate steps and the grievance of the petitioner has been completely redressed.

Considering the nature of submissions advanced by the petitioner, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 28183 of 2024 stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
