ME/CC-712025/M/3338 was issued by the Director of Medical Education, West Bengal enabling the present petitioner to participate in the interview/selection process for the post of Additional Professor in the Department of Neonatology at AIIMS, Kalyani.

In view of issuance of the NOC, the parties are in agreement that nothing survives in the writ petition.
