It appears that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Uluberia, Howrah, in Title Suit No.483 of 2017 has fixed the misc. case for passing orders.

The petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

The misc. case shall be disposed of expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
