Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitionerhusband suspected the fidelity of his wife and doubted the paternity of the child. As a result, she committed suicide within eight months of marriage. In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
