Mr. Prahlad Chandra Ghosh ...for the petitioner Application being CAN 1 of 2024 is for correction of the order dated 29th July, 2024 passed by this Court on the writ petition being WPA 27813 of 2022.

Notice dated 30th August, 2024 has been served upon the learned advocate representing the Staterespondents and the same is taken on record. Taking note of the averments made in paragraph 3 of the application it is observed that the word "Bagula" in second line of second paragraph and in fifth line of third paragraph of first page of the order dated 29th July, 2024 shall be read as "Bahula".

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.

This order forms part of the order dated 29th July, 2024.

Department is also directed to incorporate necessary correction in the cause title of the connected writ petition thereby incorporating the word "Bahula" instead of "Bagula" against respondent no. 5. Such

corrections shall be made by the department by 8th October, 2024.

The application being CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.
