1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner had assaulted one of the victims in course of the incident where one person died. He cannot be said to be on the same footing with Rahul Amin against whom it is alleged that he had participated in destruction of property. Bail prayers of other co-accused have been turned down. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage.

3. The prayer for bail is rejected.
