It is also submitted that he is not connected with the crime. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Call data records show active communication between the petitioner and co-accused who trafficked the minor victim who is a Bangladeshi. Her statement also indicates she was made to board a train to Bangalore though she intended to go to Mumbai. These circumstances clearly portray trafficking of a young Bangladeshi girl by the accuseds.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
