Taking note of the averments made in the application, it is observed that the word "Bagula" in second line of second paragraph and fifth line of third paragraph of first page of the order dated 29th July, 2024 shall be read as "Bahula". Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.

This order forms part of the order dated 29th July, 2024.

Department is also directed to incorporate necessary correction in the cause title of the connected writ petition thereby incorporating the word "Bahula" instead of "Bagula" against respondent no. 5. Such correction shall be made by the department by ten days from date. Both the applications being CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 are disposed of.
