Respondent nos. 8 and 9 are not represented.

It appears that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in CPAN 787 of 2022, by an order dated 4th September, 2024, directed the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer to proceed in accordance with law with regard to the unauthorized construction, based on the observations of the Panchayat, and in accordance with the principles of natural justice.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said order has not been complied with by the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer.

This Court is, however, not inclined to execute an order passed in a contempt proceeding by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is not entertained.

WPA 27837 of 2025 stands dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
