The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the writ petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to change the option from Contributory Provident Fund to Pension Scheme including family pension-cumgratuity. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 23836 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
