2. We have considered the materials on record. Recording of prosecution evidence is complete. Date has been fixed for examination of the accused under section 313 Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the materials on record and gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. We direct the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
