Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be taken on record.

The Officer-in-charge, Bhimpur Police Station has filed a report dated 8th April, 2023, which is taken on record.

The police submits that FIR being No. 362 of 2021 dated 30th December, 2021 under Sections 465/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered and they are investigating into the matter and are yet to receive co-operation from the petitioners.

The petitioner no.1, according to the police, has not produced the original handwriting signature of her late husband.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioners to furnish all documents as sought for by the police within a period of one week from date. The investigation shall be expedited. Let the investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of one month from date.

Counsels for the private respondents deny all the allegations made by the petitioners against them. It is submitted that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have free ingress and egress to the Trust property and the College.

Bhimpur Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

Since no affidavit has been called for from the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by them. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
