Mr. Subhrangsu Panda, Ms. Mithu Singha Mahapatra, ...for West Bengal College Service Commission. It is the grievance of the petitioner that by an application dated October 11, 2022, before the West Bengal College Service Commission under the Right to Information Act, 2005, she had applied for the supply of certain information including copies of the admit card and certified copy of the answer scripts of all the candidates who appeared for the posts of Assistant Professor in the relevant examination. The query was answered by the College Service Commission by a letter dated October 21, 2022. However, petitioner is not satisfied with the answer given by the College Service Commission.

In view of the alternative remedy available before the appellate authority under the said Act of 2005, this writ petition is not entertained.

Accordingly, WPA 27832 of 2022 is dismissed.
