1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer on self-medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take urgent necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by taking into consideration all medical documents of the petitioner annexed to the writ petition.

4. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

6. It is made clear that suspension of the Utsashree portal shall not be a ground for non-disposal of the petitioner's prayer seeking transfer.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
